BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE HARBOR AREA CLIMBS ABOARD THE REGAL SUMMER MOVIE EXPRESS

Regal Entertainment Group Gives Club Members an Opportunity to Beat the Summer Heat by Combining Movie Fun with Summer Learning

IRVINE, CA, June 25, 2012 – As part of Regal Entertainment Group’s Summer Movie
Express
, Regal is treating the Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area youth to enjoy blockbuster hits and beat the heat this summer.
Through a partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Regal Entertainment Group is providing the Club with a grant to help cover expenses like transportation,
snacks and low-cost tickets for its members.

Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area-Irvine Branch is
receiving one of 80 grants that will be awarded this summer by Regal
Entertainment Group. As part of the initiative, Irvine Spectrum 21 and IMAX Theatre located at the Irvine Spectrum
Center will offer Club members $1 admission to predetermined G or PG rated
movies.

For Club members, the Regal Summer Movie Express program also provides an opportunity for fun
with a purpose—including the chance for Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor
Area-Irvine to implement at least two learning encounters that incorporate the Regal experience. The Club will select
from such activities as establishing a book club to read a movie themed book to
creating a club cinema that incorporates every aspect of the actual Regal theater experience.

“Regal Entertainment Group is proud to partner with local Boys & Girls Clubs through
these grants to cover costs such as transportation,” said Russ Nunley vice
president marketing and communications for Regal Entertainment Group. “Regal
believes that this summertime series for kids helps to instill a love of movie-going
in the next generation.”

“Our Boys & Girls Club members are thrilled to participate in Regal
Entertainment Group’s Summer Movie Express,” said Dan Monahan Executive Director of Boys & Girls
Club of the Harbor Area. “The number of youth we serve often doubles in the summer months, so we’re always grateful
for opportunities that combine fun with engaging learning activities that help our
young people stimulate their minds during the summer break.”
