Become a Volunteer!

At the Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area, we believe in giving back to our community.  Volunteering at a local club gives you the perfect oppurtunity to join us in providing quality youth development services to your community.  Whether its tutoring in the Power Hour homework program or teaching the kids new Arts & Crafts projects, each and every day you can have a positive impact on todays youth.

Attend our “Shamrock Shindig” Dinner Party & Auction!

You can help the children of the Boys & Girls Club and our valuable programs by attending this fun-filled event. This year our Dinner Party & Auction will be on March 13th at our Lou Yantorn Branch.

The night will include a silent and live auction, hosted bar, dinner and dancing. Call (949) 642-2245 to purchase your tickets or for more information.

Golf for the Boys & Girls!

Another great way to support your club is by attending our Annual Golf Tournament.  Whether it’s sponsoring a hole or playing in a foursome, being a part of the golf tournament is a fun way to help!

Gym Sign Sponsorship Program!

Taking part in the Gym Sign Sponsorship program is one of the best ways to be recognized for your support.  This fundraiser program allows us to recognize those supporting the Club with signs displayed in the Gym.  These signs will be visible to thousands of parents and other adults that attend events held in the gym.

Sponsor a child!

Many of our members come from low- to moderate income households where their guardian(s) are not at home immediately after school to provide supervision and guidance.  Membership fees are kept low so that no child is denied membership but still some cannot afford the cost. Current fees are $20-$50 per year but it takes close to $350 per child to run the program each year.  Help be a part of something special for our less fortunate youth.  For just $50.00 you can sponsor a child so they can come to the Boys & Girls club for an entire year!

For the past 25 years the Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area has made an effort to partner with local businesses and corporations.  Thanks to those who have committed their financial support, the Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area has been able to provide quality youth development services at an affordable price.  As a partner with the Boys & Girls Club, corporate sponsors provide more than just financial support, they provide support to todays youth to benefit their future.
