Girls Give Back Shootout & Fundraiser Results:

Thank you and Congratulations. We were able to raise over $6,248.45 for the Boys & Girls Club plus…

the final result will be higher as other pledged amounts come in!

(We were expecting something like $500 so this amount is amazing and a great show of support from the local community.)

50 of the very best local Girl’s Varsity Basketball Players showed up or played in event.  Results Follow:

Congrats to 4on4 Championship Winners (Dana Bossenmeyer/Uni, Shaylissa Jarrett/Brea, Wendi Shiga/Woodbridge, Megan Lee/Woodbridge)

4on4 was very competitive with tough, well fought games.   Championship game was also close.

Congrats to Dana Bossenmeyer for Half-Court Heave win over almost 80 Competitors

Dana won shoot off against 4 other players who also made half-court shot.

Congrats to Dana (again!) for 3-point Championship over Finalists Kelli Robinson(W), Clarissa Reiland(U), Shelby Davis (W), Emily Reiland(U)

All players shot very well and had great scores in final shootout.  Dana, the last to shoot, edged Kelli at final spot. Clarissa set outside record before Final Shootout.

Congrats to winner of new iTouch Raffle prize (something Dana didn’t win)

Thanks to local high school coaches who sent their teams over to support the event.  We raised maybe $1,000 more because the Irvine/Northwood players left their tournament and showed up.

Special tribute to the Woodbridge Warriors who had virtually every player at the event and led all local schools in players attending.

Thanks to all the players from University, Beckman, Irvine, Northwood, Mater Dei, Brea, El Dorado, Laguna Hills, and other schools.
